Dromium is our first proprietary product: an end-to-end platform for rental fleets.
It’s built for luxury and supercar operators, but the underlying problems are universal: bookings, payments, availability, pricing, and operational edge cases.
What Dromium is
Dromium has two halves:
- A public booking widget, embedded on a fleet’s website, with payments
- An internal operations dashboard to manage bookings, cars, pricing models, charging rules, and the moving parts of the business
We install the widget into a client organization’s website at no cost, and help configure the system so it matches how the fleet actually operates.
What we’re optimizing for
Dromium is being built around three principles:
1) Clarity
Operators need to know what is happening, what is booked, what is available, and why. No mystery states.
2) Accountability
When money and scheduling are involved, “almost right” is not right. The system must behave consistently and predictably.
3) Boring reliability
The product should be uneventful. It should do its job every day without drama.
What we won’t do
- inflate claims or publish invented performance metrics
- ship fragile workflows and call them “good enough”
- optimize for a demo at the expense of real operations
